SnapOrder is an AI voice ordering platform built by FekraHub. This policy explains, in plain terms, what information we handle when a business uses SnapOrder and when a customer places an order through it.

1. Who we are

SnapOrder is a product of FekraHub. When you use SnapOrder as a vendor, FekraHub acts as the service provider; the vendor remains responsible for how the service is offered to their own customers. Questions can be sent to fekra-hub.ai.

We use this information to understand and complete orders, send them to your POS and kitchen, power your analytics, secure the platform, and improve accuracy and performance over time. We do not sell personal data.

4. Sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to run SnapOrder (for example, voice processing and hosting), and with the systems you connect it to, such as your POS. These providers handle data on our instructions and under appropriate safeguards.

5. Security

SnapOrder is a cloud-based service. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based, and each vendor's data is kept separate. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it.

6. Retention

We keep information for as long as it is needed to provide the service and meet legitimate operational and legal requirements, then delete or anonymise it.

7. Your choices

Vendors can manage staff access and much of their data directly from the vendor portal. For requests to access, correct, or delete information that you can't handle in the portal, contact us through fekra-hub.ai.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. When we do, we'll revise the date above and, where appropriate, let vendors know.
